In August 2026, I walked through the gardens at Kanapaha Botanical Gardens in Gainesville, Florida, when I noticed a little dragonfly perched quietly, watching the world go by.
For a few moments, neither of us seemed in much of a hurry. I watched it. It watched me.
There was something almost funny about the exchange, but also something peaceful. In a place filled with movement, color, and life, this tiny creature had simply stopped. And somehow, so had I.
Watching Me, Watching You is a reminder of those small moments we might otherwise walk right past. The ones that ask nothing from us except that we notice them.
We do take special requests for glass, metal, and wood.
